RZ3A Industrial 3-Phase Solid State Relays (SSRs)

Carlo Gavazzi RZ3A Industrial 3-Phase Solid State Relays (SSRs) are designed for high-voltage switching of various loads like heating elements, transformers, and motors. These SSRs are capable of switching high voltages up to 600V_ACrms. The RZ3A SSRs feature zero-switching, an integral snubber network, IP10 back-of-hand protection, a built-in varistor, and an over-temperature protection option with alarm output. This built-in varistor is capable of securing transient protection for heavy industrial applications. These SSRs offer three semiconductor power units that are soldered directly on to the Direct Copper Bonded (DCB) substrate for higher reliability and load cycle capability. The RZ3A SSRs also offer an LED indication of control input and over-temperature alarm status. Typical applications include thermoforming machines, climatic chambers, plastic extrusion machines, soldering ovens, air handling units, and shrink tunnels.
