RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors

KOA Speer RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors are constructed with a sulfur-proof electrode material and offer precision tolerances of 0.5% and 1.0% with a resistance range of 1Ω to 10MΩ. These resistors have a power rating of 30mW to 1W and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C or +155°C. The series uses a thick metal glaze film to provide excellent heat resistance and weather resistance for high stability and reliability. Case sizes range from 0201 to 2512. KOA Speer RK73H/RK73-RT AEC-Q200 Thick Film Chip Resistors meet ASTM-B-809 FOS testing and are AEC-Q200 qualified. They are ideal for industrial, automotive, transportation, telecommunication, and consumer markets. Applications include power supplies, factory automation, car electronics, oil-rich environments, and outdoor environments such as welding, mining, agriculture, and wineries.
