High Reliability TVS Diodes

Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has a UL flammability 94V-0 rating, and the diodes are lead free, tin plated, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. These TVS diodes are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.

SMCG-HR 1500W Surface-Mount TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SMCG-HR 1500W Surface-Mount TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Littelfuse SMCG-HR TVS Diodes feature 1500W peak pulse power dissipation and are high-reliability up-screened for critical applications. The series offers excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. SMCG-HR protects I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
