Texas Instruments MSP430F643x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers comprise several devices featuring different sets of peripherals targeted for various applications. Combining the architecture with five low-power modes optimizes extended battery life in portable measurement applications. The MSP430F643x features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators, contributing to maximum code efficiency. The MCUs also offer a digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) that allows the device to wake up from low-power modes to active mode in 3µs (typical).
