IHDF-1300AE-1A Edge-Wound High Current Inductors

Vishay / Dale IHDF-1300AE-1A Edge-Wound High Current Inductors are AEC-Q200 qualified, low profile, through-hole inductors with a 1µH to 5µH inductance range. These inductors feature a low-loss ferrite core with minimal AC power losses in a low-profile package that better handles mechanical shock and vibration. Low DC resistance (DCR) losses also provide a high rated-current performance. Vishay / Dale IHDF-1300AE-1A Edge-Wound High Current Inductors are ideal for high current/high-temperature applications, DC/DC converters, high current motor/switching noise suppression, inverters, and onboard chargers.

Power Inductors

Vishay Power Inductors handle high transient current spikes without saturation and withstand high temperatures of up to +180°C. These devices feature shielded construction and low DCR/μH in a variety of package sizes. Vishay Power Inductors have ultra-low buzz noise due to the composite construction. The inductors offer an inductance range of 47nH to 680µH, maximum DC current from 1.7A to 125A, and maximum DC resistance from 230µΩ to 159.43Ω. The portfolio includes power inductors that are AEC-Q200-qualified or have an integrated E-Shield for maximum EMI reduction.
