SOLERIQ® E Chip-on-Board High Power LEDs

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SOLERIQ® E Chip-on-Board High Power LEDs are a new product family of easy-to-use Chip-on-Board LEDs with high luminous efficacy. These LEDs are specifically designed for applications with high temperature operating conditions that require large flux packages out of a compact area. As a single component with the highest luminous flux, and no SMT assembly required, SOLERIQ E is much easier to use for lighting manufacturers. Available in all major color temperatures from 2700K up to 6500K, the high flux packages are ideal for downlights from 1500lm up to 4500lm. This new LED package delivers excellent color consistency within a 4-step MacAdam ellipse and a CRI greater than 80. These properties make the SOLERIQ E a highly efficient solution, especially for indoor lighting and downlight designs.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
