Small Signal Automotive MOSFETs

Nexperia Small-Signal Automotive MOSFETs offer performance reliability with full AEC-Q101 compliance. Nexperia offers a broad portfolio of Small-Signal MOSFETs, with drain-source on-state resistance as low as 15mΩ, up to 6A maximum drain current, and drain-source voltage options from 20V to 100V. These Nexperia devices are offered in various package types for design flexibility, with leaded and leadless DFN options.

DFN2020 175° Automotive MOSFETs

Nexperia DFN2020 175° Automotive MOSFETs offer medium power in a Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package using Trench MOSFET technology. The DFN2020 MOSFETs include 40V and 60V automotive MOSFETs with R_DS(ON) down to 18mΩ (@4.5V) for the 40V N-channel and R_DS(ON) down to 45mΩ (@4.5V) for the 40V P-channel. The devices have a small footprint of 2.0mm x 2.0mm and an extended temperature range of T_j = 175°C. The Nexperia DFN2020 175°C Automotive MOSFETs are ideal for relay drivers, high-speed line drivers, low-side load switches, and switching circuits.
