CZ37x Coreless Current Sensor ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices CZ37x Coreless Current Sensor ICs come in double-pole detection models (CZ370x) and single-pole detection models (CZ372x). These ICs generate less heat and support 5V and 3V outputs. The CZ37x current sensor ICs feature 8mm or more creepage and clearance distance and a built-in disturbance magnetic field suppression function that improves system efficiency and precise control in various applications. The double-pole detection model (CZ370x) can be used for AC motors, DC motors, UPS, and power conditioners (AC side). The single-pole detection model (CZ372x) can be used for the DC detection of power conditioners for photovoltaic systems. The CZ-375x series is UL 61800-5-1 safety compliant, which is an ideal fit for industrial charging piles, commercial air conditioners, etc. 

CZ375x Coreless Current Sensor ICs

Asahi Kasei Microdevices CZ375x Coreless Current Sensor ICs are open-type current sensors implementing Hall sensors that output an analog voltage proportional to the AC/DC. Group III-V semiconductor thin film is used as the Hall sensor, allowing high-accuracy and high-speed current sensing.
