TC78H6 Brushed Motor Driver ICs

Toshiba TC78H6 Brushed Motor Driver ICs are low-profile, dual-bridge driver ICs for DC motors incorporating DMOS in output transistors. The TC78H6 brushed motor driver ICs are silicon monolithic fabricated and can drive two DC brush motors or one stepping motor. These driver ICs feature built-in over-current detection, thermal shutdown circuit, and under-voltage lockout. The TC786 brushed motor driver ICs operate at 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range and -30°C to +85°C operating temperature range.
