ZVA Series Wideband Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits ZVA Series Wideband Amplifiers are coaxial, medium power, high-frequency, and high gain amplifiers. These amplifiers can operate from a range of 2GHz to 95GHz frequency range. The ZVA-71863HP+ and ZVA-71863LNX+ operate from 71 to 86 GHz, and the ZVA-50953G+ operates from 50GHz to 95GHz. The ZVA-02303HP+ operates from 2GHz to 30GHz, and the ZVA-0.5W303G+ operates from 10MHz to 30GHz. These devices operate over a positive supply range of +10V to +15V, allowing users to choose the desired operating voltage.

ZVA High-Frequency Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits ZVA High-Frequency Amplifiers are coaxial, medium power amplifiers that operate from 10V to 15V adjustable DC voltage range. These amplifiers offer high gain over the entire operating band and high output power at saturation. The ZVA high-frequency amplifiers include an internal DC-DC conversion circuitry that maintains constant efficiency over the entire input voltage range. These high-frequency amplifiers feature -40°C to 85°C storage temperature and 1mm female connectors. The ZVA high-frequency amplifiers are RoHS compliant and are available with/without a heatsink. The ZVA high-frequency amplifiers are used in automotive tests, 5G FR2+ bands (E-band), radar, sensing, and test and measurement.
