Vishay Military M39003/03 Solid-Electrolyte TANTALEX™ Capacitors meet military specification MIL-PRF-39003. The Vishay tantalum capacitors feature Weibull failure rates G, B, C, and D and Exponential failure rates M, P, R, and S. M39003/03 capacitors are hermetically sealed, metal cased, and axial leaded. With a voltage rating of 6VDC to 50VDC, the operating temperature range is from -55°C to +125°C.
