These right-angle, surface-mount modules feature three dies with the freedom to create any color combination by mixing the three primary colors. Broadcom HSMF-C113/C115 Tricolor ChipLEDs offer high brightness using AlInGaP and InGaN die technology and are compatible with reflow soldering.
