ROHM Semiconductor BD62130xEFJ 36V DC Brush Motor Driver is a reversible 1-channel, H-bridge driver IC optimized for brush motor applications. The BD62130xEFJ drive brushed motors via Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM), providing Forward, Reverse, Brake, and Stop modes. These devices can operate at a wide 8V to 36V power supply voltage range with an output current up to 3A. The BD62130xEFJ includes built-in protection circuits ensuring high reliability.
