MPQ7231紅外線LED照明驅動器

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ7231紅外線LED照明驅動器提供固定頻率、恆定電流和紅外線(IR) LED驅動器,具有整合式眼部安全功能。這些LED驅動器的工作輸入電壓範圍為6 V至42 V,非常適合驅動一個或兩個IR LED。MPQ7231 LED驅動器配置為降壓或降壓-升壓模式,並分別實現高達3A和2.4A的峰值電流(ILED_PEAK)。這些驅動器使用先進的BCD FET技術來最大限度地減少電阻損耗,從而提供具有44mΩ (HS-FET) 40mΩ (LS-FET)的超低導通電阻MOSFET。典型應用包括驅動器監控系統(DMS)、汽車攝像頭的IR照明和監控系統。
