B8666 Micro-Acoustic Extractor

Qualcomm RF360 B8666 Micro-Acoustic Extractor offers single-ended 50Ω ports with an ultra-low-loss acoustic structure and performance on the BeiDou / GPS / Glonass bands. This extractor features an advanced full-integrated multiplexer structure, ensuring there is no external matching needed. The B8666 extractor requires no switches or control lines and is designed to be placed between the antenna and cellular front-end switches and filters. Qualcomm RF360 B8666 Micro-Acoustic Extractor has a package size of 1.7mm x 1.3mm, with a package height of 0.5mm.

SAW/BAW Filters and Resonators

Qualcomm RF360 SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) and BAW (Bulk Acoustic Wave) Filters and Resonators are AEC-Q200 qualified to satisfy harsh condition requirements, as well as shock and vibration. Hermetically sealed in ceramic packages that can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +125°C, the Qualcomm RF360 SAW/BAW filters and resonators provide a filtering function for RF signals at defined frequencies. These filters are found in all wireless applications, including mobile phones, wearables, smart homes, infrastructure, and industrial applications. In automotive applications, the SAW and BAW filters are suitable for navigation systems, tire pressure monitoring systems, and remote keyless entry.
