D06D DC Output Panel-Mount Solid State Relays

Crydom / Sensata D06D DC Output Panel-Mount Solid State Relays offer ratings from 60A to 100A, a control voltage range from 3.5VDC to 32VDC, and a -40°C to +100°C operating temperature range. The D06D relays allow for multiple units to be hooked up in parallel for increasing current, and they offer a low-impedance MOSFET output to minimize total power dissipation. These relays are able to switch up to 60VDC, making them suitable for most standard applications for either resistive or inductive loads.
