These rectifiers are glass passivated devices that offer low power loss and high efficiency. The Taiwan Semiconductor ES2xAL and ES2xFS super fast rectifiers are available in low-profile thin SMA and SOD-128 packages, ideal for automated placement. These super fast rectifiers operate at a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
