Discrete Diodes

KYOCERA AVX Discrete Diodes are ideal for use as recirculating, ORing, and freewheeling diodes or as bypass diodes for solar cells. Other applications include automotive and industrial, secondary side rectification, DC/DC converters, and AC/DC power supplies. KYOCERA AVX Discrete Diodes offer a reverse recovery time as fast as 30ns and an operating junction temperature range of -40°C or -55°C to +150°C or +175°C. These diodes feature an epoxy resin (UL 94V-0 recognized) and are AEC-Q101 qualified.
