Semtech RClamp3371ZC was specifically designed to protect high-speed differential lines and offers characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, with no device degradation. The RClamp3371ZC Femto Farad RailClamp gives designers the flexibility to protect single lines in applications where arrays are not practical, due to its small size.
