BVRA Automotive-Grade Multilayered Varistors

Bourns BVRA Automotive-Grade Multilayered Varistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and offer working voltages from 5.5VDC to 100VDC in several SMD package sizes: 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812. These varistors are designed specifically for use in automotive circuits that require surge protection and are typically applied to protect integrated circuits and other components at the circuit board level. Additional features include a compact, surface-mount design, quick response time, and high transient energy absorption due to improved energy volume distribution and power dissipation. Bourns BVRA Automotive-Grade Multilayered Varistors are suitable for power supplies, entertainment electronics, and CAN-, LIN-, and FlexRay-based modules.
