ROHM Semiconductor RV7x N-Ch Middle Power MOSFETs provide low on-resistance and excellent thermal conduction. The RV7x is available in a leadless ultra-small and exposed drain pad SMD plastic package (1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.5mm). The ROHM RV7x MOSFETs are ideal for switching and load switch applications with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
