BTS70012-1ESPEVBD PROFET+2 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies BTS70012-1ESPEVBD PROFET+2 Evaluation Board (BTS700121ESPEVALBRDTOBO1) provides a stand-alone demonstration platform for the BTS70012-1ESP PROFET+2 Switch. The BTS70012-1ESP is an AEC-Q100 Grade 1 high-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection. The device features ReverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity and Switch ON capability while in an Inverse Current condition (InverseON). The BTS70012-1ESP can replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits. The device is suitable for power distribution and driving glow plugs, heating loads, and DC motors.
