Vishay TSOP37, TSOP57, and TSSP57 IR Receiver Modules offer photodetectors and a pre-amplifier in one package with an internal filter for PCM frequency. The IR receiver modules utilize a low supply current and have a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V.
