Mikroe Storage Click Boards add storage to various applications and designs. Mikroe Click Boards are based around the mikroBUS™ interface standard and easily add incredible system capabilities. The devices are ideal for applications requiring storage like SRAM, EEPROM, microSD, etc.
SRAM 2 Click
Mikroe SRAM 2 Click features ANV32A62A SRAM memory, a 64Kb serial SRAM with a non-volatile SONOS storage element. Mikroe SRAM 2 is organized as 8k words of 8 bits each. Communication is via I2C with up to four cascadable devices that can share the common bus. The serial nvSRAM provides access and cycle times with unlimited read and write endurance of an SRAM. This Mikroe board is used to store drive profiles, configurations, and similar data, typically stored in a FLASH.
