TMG Through Hole Standard Gate Triacs
SanRex TMG Through Hole Standard Gate Triacs are used in phase controls and solid-state switching for industrial and home appliance applications. These Triacs are suitable for operation as an ON/OFF function. The TMG Triacs possess a high surge current and come in a lead-free package. These Triacs feature a 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 10V peak gate voltage. The TMG Triacs also feature 1500VRMS isolation breakdown voltage and a -40°C to 150°C storage temperature range. Typical applications include industrial and home appliances.
