SP4322 Bidirectional Diode Array

Littelfuse SP4322 Bidirectional Diode Array offers a low line capacitance of 0.4pF, an 11A peak current rating, and AEC-Q101 qualification. The SP4322 Array can absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. This Array features clamping capability, low leakage, and fast response time, making it an ideal solution for protecting high-speed data lines. Littelfuse SP4322 Bidirectional Diode Array is designed for USB 3.1, DisplayPort, and S-ATA applications.

Automotive TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AEC-Q101 Qualified TVS Diodes protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified devices offer peak pulse power dissipation ratings of 400W (SZ1SMA) to 3000W (TPSMD).
