TSOP38233 / TSOP38238 IR Receiver Modules

The Vishay Semiconductors TSOP38233 and TSOP38238 IR receiver modules for remote control systems feature a photo detector and preamplifier in a single package. The Vishay Semiconductors TSOP38233 and TSOP38238 provide a very low supply current, an internal filter for PCM, improved shielding against EMI, and improved immunity against ambient light. These Vishay Semiconductors IR receiver modules are compatible with all common IR remote control data formats.
