They enable the designs with a faster time to market.

RClamp3354S RailClamp TVS Array

Semtech RClamp®3354S is a low voltage, low capacitance RailClamp Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Array optimized to safeguard high-speed data signals from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) threats. Semtech RClamp3354S incorporates surge rated, low capacitance steering diodes, and a TVS diode in a single package. This device will protect up to four high-speed I/O lines. RClamp3354S withstands a high level of surge current (25A, 8/20µs) while minimizing capacitance loading (5pF) to the transmission line. The RClamp3354S also features a low operating voltage of 3.3V for superior protection. The high surge capability means it can be used in high threat environments in applications such as 10Gb, 100Gb, and 1000Gb Ethernet lines, telecommunication lines, and low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) interfaces.
