Diodes Inc. SBR10E45x Super Barrier Rectifiers deliver a low forward voltage drop (VF) with excellent low reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. These rectifiers are composed of molded plastic and green molding compound in thermally efficient PowerDI® 5 cases. SBR10E45x Rectifiers are ideal for thin applications or cloud hosting, with a 1.1mm case height. These rectifiers can be used as rectification, freewheeling, or polarity protection diodes for AC-DC adapters/chargers with more than a 10W rating and DC-DC converters. The Halogen and Antimony free green devices include a lead-free finish with ROHS compliance.
