DMP4047 P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFETs

Diodes Inc. DMP4047 40V P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFETs minimize on-state resistance while maintaining superior switching performance. DMP4047 offers a low on-resistance of 55mΩ (max.), -40V drain-source voltage, ±20V gate-source voltage, -1µA zero gate threshold voltage, ±100nA gate source leakage, -3.0V gate threshold voltage (max.), and a 8.5ns turn-on delay time. The device is ideal for high efficiency power management applications such as backlighting, DC-DC converters, and power management functions.
