V20PW22 High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor V20PW22 High Current Density Trench MOS Barrier Schottky (TMBS) Rectifiers offer 200V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage and 20A maximum average forward rectified current. These devices are available in a SlimDPAK (TO-252AE) case featuring Vishay's Trench MOS Schottky technology. Vishay V20PW22 High Current Density TMBS Rectifiers also offer low forward voltage drop, low power losses, high-efficiency operation, and AEC-Q101 qualification.
