This technology results in compact, robust, and reliable isolated gate drivers that are optimized for use with SiC (Silicon Carbide) power MOSFETs, providing an optimized solution for power circuit designs in industrial and automotive applications.

BM60213FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BM60213FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate a BM60213FV-C driver. The BM60213FV-C IC is a high voltage, high and low side driver that operates up to 1200V with the bootstrap operation. This IC provides a built-in Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) power supply protection function at High-side floating supply voltage (V_CCA) and Low-side supply voltage (V_CCB). The ROHM Semiconductor BM60213FV-EVK001 board is compatible with 3.3V and 5V input logic voltages. This evaluation board also drives IGBT power devices for high-side and low-side on Half-Bridge applications.
