NV3600 CMOS輸出電壓偵測器

Nisshinbo NV3600 CMOS輸出電壓偵測器在SENSE腳位具有42V高耐受電壓，可讓該裝置直接監控電池電壓。輸出類型可選擇NMOS開漏或CMOS輸出類型。因此，無需外部分壓電阻和上拉電阻，減少外部元件的數量和系統的暗電流。另外，在Nisshinbo NV3600中可以單獨設定探測和釋放電壓，並且探測時的輸出邏輯也可以選擇為「Low」（低）或「High」（高）。因此，可以根據系統的具體狀況實現最佳作業效果。
