Infineon HITFET™ Smart Low-Side Switches are versatile power transistors ideally designed for automotive and industrial applications. Their built-in intelligence and protective features offer improved performance & reliability over conventional, discrete solutions. The HITFET Smart Low-Side Switches provide a higher level of protection with overtemperature, short circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, and ESD. Infineon HITFET combines all these protection features in one easy-to-use device.

BTS3060TF智能低側電源開關

Infineon BTS3060TF Smart Low-Side Power Switch is a 50mOhm single channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. It comes in a PG-TO252-3 package that provides embedded protective functions. This includes active clamping for overvoltage, active current limitation for PCB and wiring protection, ESD protection and overtemperature shutdown. The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET. The device is monolithically integrated. The BTS3060TF is automotive qualified and is optimized for 12V automotive and industrial applications. Typical applications include relay replacement, solenoids, small motors and lambda heating.
