µClamp5031ZA TVS Diode

Semtech µClamp5031ZA Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage due to ESD and EOS. This diode features low ESD clamping voltage, low leakage current, fast response time, and no device degradation. The µClamp5031ZA diode operates at 5V operating voltage, 13pF capacitance, and provides 0.008Ω low dynamic resistance. This diode is used in applications such as keypads, side keys, audio ports, portable instrumentation, notebook computers, and tablet PC.
