CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers

Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are category IV high voltage isolation optocouplers available in a surface mount package. The high isolation voltage SMD version optocouplers consist of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin plastic package. The single components are mounted opposite one another, providing a distance between input and output for high safety requirements of >3mm. Vishay Semiconductors CNY Series High Isolation Voltage Optocouplers are ideal for such applications as solar equipment, smart meters, and smart grids.

VOMDA1271 汽車MOSFET驅動器

Vishay Semiconductors VOMDA1271 Automotive MOSFET Driver offers all the required current to drive the internal circuitry from the infrared emitter on the low-voltage primary side of the isolation barrier. The automotive-qualified optically isolated MOSFET driver does not need a power supply to provide V_CC. The Vishay Semiconductors VOMDA1271 employs a turn-off circuit to achieve a fast turn-off of the MOSFET.

Optically Isolated MOSFET Drivers

Vishay Optically Isolated MOSFET Drivers provide the voltage required to drive the gate of a low-voltage MOSFET. The gate voltage is generated by photovoltaic cells, and no power supply is needed on the output side. This simplifies designs when using low-voltage MOSFETS. The single channel VOM1271T provides 8.4 V output voltage with an input forward current of just 10mA. The dual channel VO1263AACTR provides 14.5V output voltage.
