Metal Can® PLT3 Blue Laser Diode

ams OSRAM Metal Can® PLT3 Blue Laser Diode is a single-mode semiconductor laser in a TO38 ICut package. This laser diode offers better beam quality, high modulation bandwidth, and tighter electro-optical tolerances. The PLT3 laser diode features a 450nm typical emission wavelength, 100mW typical peak output power, and 2V reverse voltage (Tcase at 25°C). This laser diode is an efficient radiation source for Continuous Wave (CW) and pulsed operation. The PLT3 laser diode operates within the -20°C to 70°C temperature range. Typical applications include appliances and tools, entertainment, functional illumination, medical imaging, projection, visualization, and outdoor and industrial lighting.

Mini TOPLED® LEDs

ams OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs have been tailored to the demands of public and private passenger transport for high brightness and high quality. These LEDs combine pleasant white light with a much longer lifetime of up to 50,000 hours. OSRAM Mini TOPLED® LEDs are among the most economical on the market, consuming only 0.1W. From an operating current of 20mA, the Mini Topled achieves a typical luminous intensity of 1700mcd at a color temperature of 4000K, and 1900mcd at 6500K. Luminous intensity in candela corresponds to luminous flux in lumen emitted by a light source in a particular solid angle.
