Littelfuse TP5.0SMD-FL FlatSuppressX™ TVS Diodes deliver 5000W peak pulse power capability using a 10/1000µs waveform and 6.5W power dissipation on an infinite heat sink (TL=50°C). These diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The TP5.0SMD-FL TVS diodes provide superior surge protection, maintaining a flat and stable clamping voltage through their advanced foldback I‑V characteristics. These diodes offer excellent clamping capability with low clamping voltage and fast response times, typically below 1ps. The TP5.0SMD-FL TVS diodes are AEC‑Q101 qualified, ensuring high reliability for automotive and other demanding environments.
