TDK SPM4020-DZ Fixed Inductors for Power Circuits are AEC-Q200 compliant and offer an inductance range of 0.47µH to 2.2µH with ±20% inductance tolerance. These metal composite-type wound inductors are designed for power circuits that use metallic magnetic material. This series offers low Rdc and miniaturization due to the superior DC superimposition characteristics of the metallic magnetic materials. The series operates in a -55°C to +155°C temperature range (including self-temperature rise).
