QPA9119 0.5W High Linearity Driver Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9119 0.5W High Linearity Driver Amplifier is designed for use in wireless infrastructure where high linearity, medium power, and high efficiency are required. The QPA9119 amplifier is an excellent option for transceiver line cards in current and next generation multi-carrier 3G / 4G base stations. The InGaP/GaAs HBT achieves high performance over a broad range of frequencies with +44dBm OIP3 and +27.2dBm P1dB while only consuming 130mA quiescent current. QPA9119 integrates an on-chip DC overvoltage and RF overdrive protection. The device's on-chip ESD protection enables the amplifier to have a very robust Class1C HBM ESD rating.

Qorvo Drone Solutions feature an extensive portfolio of RF components, power management, motor control, battery management, wireless connectivity, and force-sensor products. The advanced solutions include precise, real-time motor control to execute advanced algorithms.
