MicroSpaceXS™ Extraction Tools

The Amphenol FCI MicroSpaceXS™ Extraction Tools are designed to remove the Terminal Positioning Assurance (TPA) and Crimp-to-Wire (CTW) terminals when the harness is being reworked. These extraction tools feature a compact 1.27mm staggered pitch and meet USCAR-T2V2 and LV214 up to Severity-3 vibration class. The MicroSpaceXS extraction tools offer Connector Positioning Assurance (CPA), which ensures connectors are well-mated and prevents accidental activation. These extraction tools are ideal for compact automotive applications, including LED lighting, cameras, sensors, and battery management systems (BMS).
