Eaton Electronics SMAJ 400W Transient Voltage Suppressors provide a fast response time, typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR minimum, and excellent clamping capability. These modules offer 400W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform and less than 1μA typical IR above 10V. The SMAJ series comes in a low-profile SMA package that meets UL 94V-0 flammability standards and is UL 497B recognized. The suppressors are suitable for high-temperature reflow soldering (+260°C/40s at the terminal). Eaton SMAJ 400W Transient Voltage Suppressors are designed for surface-mounted applications to optimize board space.
