PA165 High Voltage Power Operational Amplifiers

Apex Microtechnology PA165 High Voltage Power Operational Amplifiers feature a monolithic amplifier core designed for high-density power applications. The devices can operate with output voltages up to 200V, providing 4A of continuous current. Separate supplies for the amplifier core and the output stage optimize the overall power dissipation in the devices. The devices have a wide temperature-compensated current limit range. An additional over-current flag allows for a flexible implementation of system protection. The Apex Microtechnology PA165 has an output disable function, adding another layer of optional protection. External compensation provides flexibility in choosing optimum gain and bandwidth for applications.

Power Operational (Linear) Amplifiers

Apex Microtechnology Power Operational (Linear) Amplifiers are a portfolio of products designed for applications that require high current and high voltage. These Apex Microtechnology amplifiers are offered in various high-reliability form factors with voltage rails from 5V to 2500V. These feature output currents from 0.01A to 100A (peak) and slew rates up to 3000V/us. These features provide a compact, proven solution for demanding precision power analog applications such as piezo actuation/positioning, electrostatic/magnetic deflection, and DC/servo motion control.
