SN74ACT09 Logic Gates

Texas Instruments SN74ACT09 Logic Gates are Quad 2-input AND gates with open-drain outputs, TTL-compatible inputs, and high-speed CMOS performance. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B. These logic gates operate within a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage range and provide a continuous output drive of 24mA at 5V. The SN74ACT09 gates feature fast operation with a delay of 9.5ns and drive 50Ω transmission lines. These logic gates support up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts. The SN74ACT09 logic gates are ideal for combining power good signals and enable signals.
