SR70 TVS Diode Array Lightning Surge Protection
Littelfuse's SR70 Series TVS Diode Array features of four, low capacitance, rail-to-rail diodes designed to provide protection against ESD and lightning surge events. These robust diodes can safely absorb up to 40A (tP=8/20μs) and repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level (Level 4) specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard without performance degradation. In addition, the device offers excellent clamping performance via extremely low dynamic resistance of 0.35ohms. SR70's low capacitance of 2pF (I/O to GND) and small SOT143 package makes the device ideal for protecting high-speed data lines such as xDSL (ADSL, VDSL) interfaces, ISDN, WLAN, LAN, I2C Bus, microcontroller inputs, video lines, 10/100/1000 Ethernet.
