RClamp0561Z Femto Farad RClamp®

Semtech RClamp0561Z Femto Farad RClamp® offering includes ultra-low capacitance ESD protection devices designed to protect high-speed differential lines. RClamp0561Z provides board-level protection features such as fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. Semtech RClamp0561Z devices deliver ESD protection characteristics with low peak ESD clamping voltage, and high ESD withstand voltage (±12kV contact per IEC 61000-4-2).
