SBYV28 Soft Recovery Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay SBYV28 Soft Recovery Plastic Rectifiers are glass passivated pellet chip junction diodes with ultrafast reverse recovery time. These rectifiers feature high forward surge capability, low switching losses, and high efficiency. The SBYV28 plastic rectifiers operate at 150°C maximum junction temperature. These plastic rectifiers meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating and are RoHS-compliant. The SBYV28 soft recovery plastic rectifiers are used in high-frequency rectification and freewheeling applications in switching mode converters and inverters for consumers, computers, and telecommunications.
