TMP117高精度數位溫度感測器

Texas Instruments TMP117高精度數位溫度感測器設計為符合針對電子患者體溫計的ASTM E1112和ISO 80601要求。TMP117無需校準便可在-20°C至50°C溫度範圍內提供具有0.0078°C解析度和最高±0.1°C精度的16位元溫度結果。TMP117擁有兼容I²C和SMBus的介面，具有可編程提醒功能，可在單個匯流排上支持多達四個裝置。該裝置包含整合式EEPROM，使裝置可以適用於一般用途的額外48位元記憶體進行編程。
