ADPA7006C Evaluation Kit

The ADPA7006CHIP is a Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (pHEMT), monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC), distributed power amplifier. This amplifier operates from 18GHz to 44GHz frequency, offers 23.5dB of small signal gain, 29dBm output power for 1dB compression, and 38dBm typical output third-order intercept.
