onsemi NRVHPx Switch-Mode Power Rectifiers are ultrafast rectifiers available in dual flag SO-8 flat lead package. The dual flag SO-8 package offers designers with a unique degree of versatility and design freedom. These rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop, NRV prefix for automotive AEC-Q101, and package provides a capability of inspection and probe after mounting. Applications include output rectification in switching power supplies, freewheeling diode used with inductive loads, and an excellent alternative to DPAK in space.
